The published by-law compilation still carries the 8 September 2015 foreshore resolution. Named exercise areas are off leash at any time. Other foreshore is on a leash from 10am to 8pm while daylight saving operates, and off leash outside those hours and in standard time. Port Noarlunga Beach beside the surf club is prohibited during those daylight-saving hours. The 16 July 2024 resolution did not revoke those foreshore areas.
