City of Darwin dog beaches
Northern Territory · 4 beaches in this tool.
The animal management policy declares beaches under the council’s care as dog exercise areas, except East Point Reserve. A dog may be off leash in an exercise area when it is under effective control. East Point Reserve, including the beach inside the named boundary, is a dog restriction area. Mindil Beach stays on check with council because the Mindil market restriction does not give hours or a boundary. Palmerston’s pages list dog parks and no ocean beach.
