Hillarys Dog Beach is off lead all year. The foreshore from Burns Beach to Marmion is prohibited apart from that dog beach and the coastal dual-use path, which is on a lead. The horse beach uses Monday to Saturday AM and PM without clock times, so it stays on check with council.
