Hillarys Dog Beach is off lead all year. It is the only Joondalup beach where dogs can be exercised off lead.

Hillarys Dog Beach is dedicated all year to exercising dogs. Dogs may be off lead inside the dog beach area and must remain under effective control. The page says it is the only beach where dogs can be exercised off lead. Dogs must be on a lead on the access path and in the car park. A temporary storm closure is not encoded as a standing ban.

The Hillarys Dog Beach is a stretch of coastline dedicated all year round to the exercising of dogs. Dogs may be exercised within the dog beach area off-lead but must remain under effective control and supervision.
