The marina FAQ names C. Y. O’Connor Beach, north of the power station to the Catherine Point groyne, and Jervoise Bay dog beach as off leash. Woodman Point, Coogee Beach and Ngarkal Beach are prohibited on both the FAQ and the dog ownership page. Chelydra Beach is prohibited on the FAQ and is missing from the ownership page’s list of three prohibited places, so it stays on check with council.
