The marina FAQ says dogs can access C. Y. O’Connor Beach off leash, north of the South Fremantle Power Station to the Catherine Point groyne. The dog ownership page says dogs are on a lead in public places unless signage says otherwise, and does not put this stretch on its prohibited list.
