Sandringham Harbour is one of Bayside’s three all-year off-leash beaches. No clock limit is published for this sand.

Sandringham Harbour is listed as off leash at all times, including in the “all day off-leash beaches” section. Council’s 17 December 2025 notice says dogs are prohibited on the foreshore from 10am to 7:30pm except the three all-year-round off-leash beaches.
Dogs must still be under effective control. Bayside is on leash outside signed off-leash areas, including foreshore paths.
