The 4 December 2023 decision declares Snug Beach south as off lead and keeps the southern end of Blackmans Bay Beach restricted to dogs. The engagement page lists the northern end of Kingston Beach, Taroona Beach east of the boat ramp, Clarks Beach and Middleton Beach south of the stormwater pipe as existing off-lead areas. The October 2018 notice was an intention to declare, not the declaration, so the rest of those beaches stay on check with council. The policy PDF was not retrieved.
