Eastern Beach is a City of Greater Geelong on-leash reserve. Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, 13th Beach, Black Rock and Breamlea are coastal Crown land managed by Barwon Coast. Dog control orders there took effect in December 2023 and are enforced by the City. Zones are numbered by beach access (7W, 13W and so on). The pin is only a guide to that access range.
