Russell Island Lions Boulevarde Park, The Boulevard, is a shared-hours off-leash beach. January, February, November and December: off leash from 5pm until 9am the next day, otherwise on a leash. March, April, September and October: on a leash at all times. May to August: off leash at any time between the boundary signs.

- 5:00pm–9:00am: off leash. Outside those times: on a leash.
- March and April
- All day: on a leash. Outside those times: on a leash.
- May to August
- All day: off leash. Outside those times: off leash.
- September and October
- All day: on a leash. Outside those times: on a leash.
