The rules are written below.
Coochiemudlo Main Beach, Victoria Parade west of the boat ramp, is off leash 5pm to 9am in January, February, November and December, on a leash in March, April, September and October, and off leash at any time from May to August.

Shared hours, timed to migratory birds. January and February, and November and December: off leash from 5pm until 9am the next day, and on a leash at other times, between the boundary signs. March and April, and September and October: on a leash at all times. May to August: off leash at any time between the boundary signs.

Dogs may be off-leash from 5pm until 9am the next day. Dogs are permitted to run off-leash between the boundary signs.
