Biggera Waters foreshore beside Quota Park is off leash from 5:00am to 8:00am and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Outside those hours a dog is on a leash.

The register says the Biggera Waters foreshore, Marine Parade, adjacent to Quota Park, is a dog off-leash area only between 5am and 8am and between 4pm and 7pm, map 19, resolved 30 July 2019. The off-leash brochure says that outside a designated off-leash area a dog in a public place must be on a leash. At 8:00am and at 7:00pm the off-leash window has ended.
- All year: off leash 5:00am to 8:00am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm
- 5:00am–8:00am: off leash. 4:00pm–7:00pm: off leash. Outside those times: on a leash.
